Red Alert for many districts in Jammu and Kashmir as very heavy rainfall is expected during next 3 days: Independent Weather Forecaster
As expected, since last 12 hrs Jammu division recorded heavy rainfall now the weather system to enter kashmir by today late afternoon or evening to bring widespread showers across J&K .
As per Aadil Maqbool An independent weatherman, On 22th & 23rd July Most places of Jammu and Kashmir may receive heavy to very heavy rainfall but no continuous rains is not expected. Peak intensity and activities are expected over Jammu division, South Kashmir and few parts of central and north kashmir.
Red alert is expected over many places of J&K including Katra , Reasi ,Samba , Udhampur, Jammu, Kulgam, Anantnag, Shopian, and Srinagar City as very heavy rainfall may generate flash floods in these areas.
Overall intermittent rain spells is expected across the Jammu and Kashmir until 24th July.
