📋 Vacancy Details
A total of 61 posts have been advertised under various references of indent from the Home Department, Government of J&K. The category-wise breakup of vacancies will be provided in Annexure-A of the official notification.
🧾 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Domicile
Candidates must be domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and possess a valid Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority on or before the cut-off date, i.e., 02.09.2025.
🎓 Educational Qualification
The required educational qualifications vary post-wise and will be mentioned in detail in Annexure-A. Candidates must ensure they possess the prescribed qualifications on or before the cut-off date of online application submission.

💰 Application Fee
i. For Posts Involving Two Stage Examination
- General Category: ₹700/-
- SC/ST/EWS/PwBD: ₹600/-
ii. For Posts Involving Single Stage Examination
- General Category: ₹600/-
- SC/ST/EWS/PwBD: ₹500/-
- Fees are to be paid online through Net Banking, Credit, or Debit Cards.
- Fee once paid shall not be refunded.
📝 Selection Process
The selection shall be made based on:
- Written Examination (Objective Type, Multiple Choice Questions)
- Negative Marking: ¼ mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- Skill Test/Physical Test (if applicable)
- Document Verification
