The Islamic University of Science & Technology (IUST), Awantipora has invited online applications from eligible and motivated candidates for the post of Project Assistant (PA) under a research project titled “AI Based Translation and Restoration of Rare Manuscripts.”
The project is funded by the J&K Science Technology & Innovation Council, Department of Science and Technology, Government of Jammu & Kashmir. The position is temporary and will remain active only for the duration of the project.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:
- B.Tech in ECE / CSE / AI
- M.Sc IT
Applicants must have minimum 60% marks.
Preference
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- GATE / M.Tech / PhD
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) related projects
Project Duration
The appointment will initially be for six months, which may be extended based on performance and availability of funds.
