Srinagar, July 6: The Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), Kashmir, has announced the summer vacation schedule for its Teaching Departments, Centres, and Constituent Colleges. According to an official notification issued by the Office of the Dean Academic Affairs, the summer vacation will be observed from July 7, 2026, to July 14, 2026.
The notification states that all Teaching Departments, Centres, and Constituent Colleges of the university will remain closed for academic activities during the vacation period. The decision has been taken to provide a scheduled summer break for students and teaching faculty.
However, the university has clarified that departmental offices will remain functional throughout the vacation period. Administrative work and official responsibilities will continue without interruption to ensure smooth functioning of the institution.
