⚠️ Heatwave Warning for Kashmir Region | Next 03 Days
A prolonged spell of dry, hot, and stable weather is expected to persist across the Kashmir Valley during the next 72 hours (until 18 July) .
There is a high probability that Srinagar city will record its highest temperatures of the season, with maximum temperatures likely to reach 36–37°C. Similar conditions are expected across most plains of Kashmir, where daytime temperatures are forecast to remain 5–8°C above the seasonal average, significantly increasing heat stress.
For Jammu region no significant rise in day temperatures is expected as monsoon like conditions will continue.
