The Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE), Bemina Campus Srinagar, has issued notifications regarding the schedule for submission of online examination forms and renewal registration returns for students appearing in the Annual/Regular 2026 examinations under the October-November session.

The schedules cover Secondary School Examination (Class 10), Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11), and Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12) for Kashmir Division and erstwhile District Kargil of the Union Territory of Ladakh.

According to the notifications, eligible candidates currently enrolled in Class 10, Class 11 and Class 12 in affiliated academic institutions of JKBOSE are required to submit their examination forms and, wherever applicable, renewal registration returns through the online mode on the JKBOSE website.

The online submission process for all three classes is scheduled to begin on August 17, 2026, while the normal-fee submission window will remain open until September 5, 2026.

Class 10 Examination Form Schedule

For the Secondary School Examination (Class 10) Annual/Regular 2026, candidates with five compulsory subjects will have to pay a normal examination fee of Rs. 1,300 per candidate.

Candidates opting for additional or optional subject(s), with five or more subjects, will be required to pay Rs. 1,535.

The online link for submission of examination forms will open on August 17, 2026, and the last date for submission with the normal fee is September 5, 2026.

JKBOSE has also prescribed a late-fee schedule for candidates who miss the normal-fee deadline.

Under the first count, the late-fee window will open on September 6, 2026, and close on September 10, 2026. For candidates with five subjects, the total fee will be Rs. 2,150, comprising Rs. 850 late fee and Rs. 1,300 examination fee. For candidates with five or more subjects, the total fee will be Rs. 2,385, comprising Rs. 850 late fee and Rs. 1,535 examination fee.

Under the second count, the link will remain available from September 11 to September 14, 2026. The total fee for five subjects will be Rs. 3,490, while candidates with five or more subjects will have to pay Rs. 3,725.

Class 11 Examination Form and Renewal Registration

For Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11) Annual/Regular 2026, the notification specifies both examination form and renewal registration fees.

Candidates with five compulsory subjects will pay Rs. 1,750, which includes an examination fee of Rs. 1,510 and a renewal registration fee of Rs. 240.

For candidates with additional subject(s) and five or more subjects, the total normal fee is Rs. 2,015, comprising Rs. 1,775 examination fee and Rs. 240 renewal registration fee.

The normal-fee submission window will open on August 17, 2026, and close on September 5, 2026.

The first late-fee count will be available from September 6 to September 10, 2026. During this period, candidates with five subjects will have to pay a total of Rs. 2,600, while candidates with five or more subjects will pay Rs. 2,865.

The second late-fee count will run from September 11 to September 14, 2026. The total fee under this window will be Rs. 3,940 for five subjects and Rs. 4,205 for five or more subjects.

Class 12 Examination Form and Renewal Registration

For Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12) Annual/Regular 2026, candidates with five compulsory subjects will be required to pay Rs. 1,800, including a Migration Certificate fee of Rs. 50.

Candidates with additional subject(s) and five or more subjects will pay Rs. 2,065, also including the Migration Certificate fee of Rs. 50.

The online submission link will open on August 17, 2026, with the normal-fee deadline fixed as September 5, 2026.

For candidates submitting forms under the first late-fee count, the online window will remain open from September 6 to September 10, 2026. The total fee for five subjects is Rs. 2,650, calculated as Rs. 850 late fee, Rs. 1,510 examination fee and Rs. 290. For five or more subjects, the total fee is Rs. 2,915, calculated as Rs. 850 late fee, Rs. 1,775 examination fee and Rs. 290.

The second late-fee count will run from September 11 to September 14, 2026. The total fee for five subjects will be Rs. 3,990, while the total for five or more subjects will be Rs. 4,255.

Important Instructions for Affiliated Institutions

JKBOSE has directed affiliated academic institutions to complete the online process and subsequently generate the required checklist through their respective School Login accounts.

The institutions are required to submit the generated checklist to the concerned Sub/Branch office. The checklist must be duly signed and stamped by the Head of the Institution and submitted within ten days positively after completion of the online service.

The notification also states that students and Heads of affiliated academic institutions may approach the concerned Sub/Branch offices of the Board in case of any queries.

For queries, the notification provides separate email addresses for the Jammu and Kashmir divisions. Queries relating to Jammu Division can be sent to computercelljss@gmail.com, while those relating to Kashmir Division can be sent to inchargeofficeritsskd@gmail.com.

Key Dates at a Glance

The online submission process for the Class 10, Class 11 and Class 12 Annual/Regular 2026 October-November session will begin on August 17, 2026.

The last date for submission with the normal fee is September 5, 2026.

The first late-fee window will run from September 6 to September 10, 2026, followed by the second late-fee window from September 11 to September 14, 2026.

Students and affiliated institutions are required to follow the applicable fee structure and submission schedule specified by JKBOSE for their respective class and category.

The notifications specifically concern candidates currently on the rolls of affiliated academic institutions of JKBOSE who are eligible to appear in the Annual/Regular 2026 October-November session in Kashmir Division and erstwhile District Kargil of UT of Ladakh.
