JKBOPEE NEET MDS Provisional Merit List 2026

In a separate Notification No. 169-BOPEE of 2026 dated August 27, 2026, the Board has released the Provisional Merit List of NEET MDS Courses-2026 for candidates belonging to UT of J&K/Ladakh and invited objections against the list.

The notification follows the declaration of the NEET PG (MDS)-2026 result by the National Board of Examination and the earlier roll-number-wise list issued by JKBOPEE through Notification No. 126-BOPEE of 2026 dated July 29, 2026.

For preparing the PML, eligible candidates were asked through Notification No. 155-BOPEE of 2026 dated August 18, 2026, to register online and upload their documents for verification or updating of category status. The registration process was conducted from August 19, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. to August 23, 2026, at midnight.

Following scrutiny of the registration forms and uploaded documents, JKBOPEE has included candidates in the PML, including candidates for whom deficiencies in one or more documents were observed.

NEET MDS Merit List and Document Deficiencies

The provisional merit list contains 82 candidates. Yawar Rafiq Lone has secured UT rank 1 with a NEET rank of 359 and a NEET score of 681. Bisma Nisar is placed at UT rank 2 with a NEET score of 673, while Tarun Singh holds UT rank 3 with a score of 664.

The list continues through candidates across various categories and sub-categories, with the UT rank and NEET score reflected against each candidate. Priya Bhagat is listed at UT rank 82 with a NEET rank of 16,227 and a score of 295.

JKBOPEE has clarified that some candidates who completed registration were found deficient in documents such as Domicile Certificate, Date of Birth Certificate, Category Certificate, Registration Certificate of the J&K State Dental Council/DCI, Internship Completion Certificate, Degree Certificate and Compulsory Service Bond in respect of candidates belonging to the UT of Ladakh. Such candidates have been included in the PML provisionally, subject to submission of the deficient documents.

Candidates with deficiencies have been directed to submit the required documents personally or through an authorised representative at the BOPEE office in Jammu/Srinagar by September 2, 2026, up to 1:00 p.m.

NEET MDS Objection Deadline

Candidates who have an objection regarding the merit position assigned to them or any deficiency reflected against their name in the PML may submit a representation to JKBOPEE by September 2, 2026, up to 1:00 p.m. The representation has to be submitted personally or through an authorised representative at the BOPEE office in Jammu/Srinagar.

The Board has specifically stated that representations or objections will not be accepted through email or any other mode after the prescribed deadline. If no representation is received within the stipulated period, the Board’s decision regarding the PML will be treated as final.

JKBOPEE has also clarified that if a category certificate is found invalid during verification, the candidate will be considered under the OM category for seat allotment. Similarly, where a Horizontal Reservation (HR) certificate is found invalid, the candidate will be considered under the relevant vertical category.

The schedule for online counselling for NEET MDS-2026 courses will be notified separately. Candidates have therefore been advised to remain in contact with the official JKBOPEE website for further updates.
