Bank of Baroda (BoB) has released the official notification for Local Bank Officer (LBO) Recruitment 2026. According to the official notification, application has been invited for a total of 2,482 vacancies in Junior Management Grade/Scale-I.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the recruitment drive through the Bank of Baroda Careers Portal. The online registration is active from August 18, 2026, and will end on September 7, 2026.
BOB LBO Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
The candidate should have done a graduation in any discipline from a recognised university and must have a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification banking officer experience and proficiency in the local language of the state applied for can apply.
Professional degrees (CA, Engineering, etc.) may also be accepted
Age Limit (1/8/2026)
Minimum: 21 years
Maximum: 30 years
Age relaxation applicable as per government norms.
Salary Details
Selected candidates for the JMG/S-I grade will draw pay as per the scale of 48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920 along with allowances and benefits as per the Bank’s policies.

SC, ST, PWBD, ESM/DESM & Women: Rs. 175/- (Inclusive of GST) + Payment Gateway Charges

Selection Process
- Online Test (multiple sections, described below)
- Group Discussion (GD) and/or Personal Interview (PI)
- Psychometric Test and/or any other assessment as deemed suitable by the Bank
- Local Language Proficiency Test (LPT), where applicable
