Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

  • Manager – Sales:
    • Graduate in any discipline.
    • Preferably an MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with specialization in Marketing/Sales/Retail/Banking.
  • Officer – Agriculture Sales:
    • Graduate in Agriculture or related disciplines like Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, Fishery, Agri Marketing & Cooperation, etc.

    • Candidates with a postgraduate qualification in the relevant field will be given preference.

Work Experience

  • Manager – Sales: Minimum 3 years of work experience in Sales/Marketing in Banks/NBFCs/Insurance Companies.
  • Officer – Agriculture Sales: 1 year of experience in selling agricultural products/services or experience in rural/agricultural development.
  • Manager – Agriculture Sales: Minimum 3 years of experience in agriculture-related sales or development roles.

Age Limit

As of August 1, 2025:

  • Officer – Agriculture Sales: 22 to 35 years
  • Manager – Sales & Manager – Agriculture Sales: 25 to 37 years

Age relaxation is applicable for candidates from reserved categories as per government norms.

Salary Structure

The selected candidates will be offered a lucrative salary package based on the scale of the post:
