Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2025: Apply for 41 Manager & Other Posts, Salary up to Rs 1.2 Lakh
Bank of Baroda (BOB) has released a recruitment notification for 41 vacancies for various managerial posts including Manager, Senior Manager, Chief Manager, and Fire Safety Officer. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website until 12 August 2025.

The recruitment aims to fill the following posts:
- Manager – Digital Product: 7 posts
- Senior Manager – Digital Product: 6 posts
- Fire Safety Officer: 14 posts
- Manager – Information Security: 4 posts
- Senior Manager – Information Security: 4 posts
- Chief Manager – Information Security: 2 posts
- Manager – Storage Administrator & Backup: 2 posts
- Senior Manager – Storage Administrator & Backup: 2 posts
Total Vacancies: 41
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the educational qualification and experience requirements relevant to each post. Generally, a BE/BTech degree in Computer Science/IT/Electronics, or MCA/MSc in relevant fields is required for digital and security roles. For Information Security posts, certifications like CISSP, CISM or CISA are mandatory. Fire Safety Officers must have a degree in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety.
Age Limit (as on 1 July 2025):
- Manager: 24–34 years
- Senior Manager: 27–37 years
- Chief Manager: up to 40 years
- Fire Safety Officer: 22–35 years
(Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.)
Salary
Selected candidates will receive salaries as per the following pay scale:
- JMG/S – I: Rs 48,480 – 85,920
- MMG/S – II: Rs 64,820 – 93,960
- MMG/S – III: Rs 85,920 – 1,05,280
- SMG/S – IV: Rs 1,02,300 – 1,20,940
Application Fee
- General/EWS/OBC: Rs 850/-
- SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates: Rs 175/-
Selection Process
The selection will be done through an online test, followed by a psychometric test, Group Discussion (GD), and/or interview. The online test will have 150 questions and will be conducted for 150 minutes.
