Cluster University Srinagar Issues Admission Selection Notification No. 03 for PG Programmes 2025-26

Cluster University Srinagar has released Admission Selection Notification No. 03 for 2-Year Post-Graduate Programmes for the academic session 2025-26. The notification follows the declaration of CUET-PG results by the National Testing Agency and the subsequent admission notification issued by the University.

The list of candidates provisionally selected for various PG courses in constituent colleges of the University has been prepared based on CUET-PG points, academic merit, candidate preferences, and intake capacity for each programme. The detailed list of selected candidates is provided in Annexure-A of the notification.

Provisional Nature of Selection

The selection is strictly provisional and subject to verification of eligibility criteria as determined by the University. Selected candidates must report to the office of the Principal of the concerned college by 10th August 2025 (Monday) along with required documents for verification and completion of admission formalities.

Required Documents for Admission

Candidates must produce the following documents:

1. Copy of CUET Score Card.
2. Copy of College Leaving Certificate attested by the Principal or authorized officer of the concerned college (original to be retained by the college).
3. Self-attested photocopy of Character Certificate from the last attended institution.
4. Self-attested photocopy of Secondary School Examination (10th Class) certificate as proof of Date of Birth.
5. Self-attested photocopy of 10+2+3 Marks Certificate of all semesters.
6. Migration Certificate (where applicable).
7. Original Migration Certificate and equivalence certificate for 10+2+3 from Cluster University Srinagar (if last qualification is from another university).

Important Instructions for Admission Process

• College Principals must ensure selected candidates meet programme eligibility and have the required category certificates (if applicable) before submission of the registration form.
• After document verification, the Admission Committee will issue admission slips. Candidates must deposit the prescribed fee in the designated bank account.
• University fee details are available on www.cusrinagar.edu.in.
• Reserved category seats have been allocated as per government orders S.O 176 (15-03-2024) and S.O 305 (21-05-2024).
• Failure to complete admission formalities by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the admission offer.
• No upgradation of course/programme will be allowed in the second round if admission formalities are not completed.
• Original documents and migration certificates will be collected by Admission Committees.
• Sports category certificates will be verified by the PTIs, NSS & NCC officers of concerned colleges.
