Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), a leading Public Sector Enterprise under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, has released its latest recruitment notification (Advt. No. 10/2025) inviting applications for the post of Trainee Officer (Radiological Safety).
✅ Vacancy Details:
Post Name: Trainee Officer (Radiological Safety)
Number of Vacancies: 01 (UR)
Location: ECIL Headquarters, Hyderabad
Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (with 3% annual increment)
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 31-05-2025 (Relaxation applicable for SC/ST, PwD, Ex-Servicemen, and J&K domicile candidates)
Educational Qualification:First Class M.Sc. with minimum 60%
Post M.Sc. Diploma in Radiological Physics from BARC, Mumbai
Qualified RSO Certification from RP&AD, BARC, Mumbai
✅ Selection Process:
The selection will be conducted in two stages:
Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 85% weightageLocation: Hyderabad
Duration: 2 Hours, 100 Questions (MCQs)
Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer
Personal Interview – 15% weightageCandidates in the ratio of 1:4 from CBT will be shortlisted for interview.

General/OBC/EWS: ₹1,000/-
SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen/ECIL employees: Exempted
Fee to be paid via SBI Collect only.
✅ Bond Requirement:
Selected candidates must sign a bond to serve ECIL for a period of 4 years, failing which a penalty of ₹4 lakhs will be levied.
