The recruitment aims to hire 1524 Trade and Technician Apprentices. Training period
The selected candidates will undergo training for a period of 12 months, 15 months and 24 months. The training period varies depending in the post.
Educational Qualification
The educational qualification required for the posts varies. But, mainly the candidates need to have 10th/10th+ITI/12th/Diploma/B.A./ B.Sc./B.Com pass certificate.

Registration on the NAPS/NATS portal and Application to the Opportunities notified on the NAPS/NATS portal.
Go to the website of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) official website: https://iocl.com.
Click on Engagement of Apprentices under Refineries Division> Click on “Detailed advertisement”.
Fill in the application form with all required details.
Upload scanned copies of the required documents as specified in the application guidelines.
After successful submission, take a printout of the online application form for your records.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks they scored in the required qualification for their field. Those who are shortlisted will be notified via their registered email addresses and will need to attend Certificate Verification at Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.
