J&K BOPEE Admission Notification 2025: Apply for B.Architecture Course at GCET Jammu & Ganderbal

The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released the Admission Notification No. 081-BOPEE of 2025 for admission to the B. Architecture Course for the academic session 2025-26. Eligible candidates from the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh are invited to apply for admission at GCET, Jammu (School of Architecture, GCET Campus Kot Bhalwal) and GCET Safapora, Ganderbal (School of Architecture Safapora, Ganderbal).

Eligibility Criteria

As per the notification, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with either Chemistry, Biology, Technical Vocational Subject, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies, or Informatics Practices, securing at least 45% marks in aggregate.
  OR
• Must have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject, with at least 45% marks in aggregate.

Submission of Application Forms

Eligible candidates must submit their Registration Cum Counselling Form physically at the JKBOPEE Office, Jammu/Srinagar, along with the required self-attested documents from 26-07-2025 to 01-08-2025 (up to 4:00 PM).

The required documents are:

1. Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K/UT of Ladakh. Candidates from Ladakh can submit an ST certificate issued by the competent authority of Ladakh, which will be treated as a Domicile Certificate.
2. Qualifying marks certificate (12th class) or 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
3. Score card of NATA 2025 or JEE 2025 or both.
4. Date of Birth proof (10th Marks card/Diploma issued by the recognized Board).
5. Valid Reserved Category Certificate, if applicable.
6. Fee of Rs. 1200/- to be paid through POS machine at the BOPEE Office Jammu/Srinagar by debit/credit card.

Note: No under-process certificate will be accepted.

Application Form Availability

The application form will be available at the J&K BOPEE Office, Jammu/Srinagar, and is annexed as Annexure “A” to this notification.

Important Instructions

• The submission of the application form shall be considered provisional, and is subject to change(s) if any order is issued by the Government subsequently.
• Candidates must ensure that all required documents are attached, as incomplete forms will not be entertained.
