J&K BOPEE Issues Notification for Online Registration of NEET UG 2025 Candidates from J&K and Ladakh
The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) has issued Notification No. 076-BOPEE of 2025 for NEET UG 2025 candidates belonging to the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. This comes following the declaration of NEET UG 2025 results by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Eligibility Criteria:
Only those candidates from UT of J&K and Ladakh who have qualified NEET UG 2025 and scored above the cut-off marks set by the NTA are eligible. The names of eligible candidates are listed in Annexure-A of the notification.
Candidates whose names do not appear in Annexure-A but are eligible may still apply by submitting the necessary documents online.
Important Dates:
- Online registration period: July 18, 2025 (10:00 AM) to July 22, 2025 (Midnight)
- Last date for document submission and registration: July 22, 2025
Required Documents for Registration:
- NEET UG 2025 Admit Card
- NEET UG 2025 Score Card
- Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K or UT of Ladakh
(ST Certificate also required for ST category applicants from Ladakh) - Category Certificate (where applicable)
- Matriculation (10th Class) Date of Birth Certificate
- Compulsory Service Bond (for Ladakh candidates)

Note: OBC & EWS category certificates must match the prescribed format for UT of J&K.
NEET UG 2025 Cut-Off Scores for J&K:
- Open Merit (including CDP/JKPM/Sports/EWS): 144
- Open Merit/EWS PwD: 127
- SC/ST/STL/ALC/IB/RBA: 113
- SC/ST/STL/OBC/RBA/ALC/IB & PwD/JKPM/Sports/CDP: 113
Key Instructions for Candidates:
- No under-process certificates will be accepted.
- Category certificates must be valid as of July 22, 2025.
- Use of mobile phones for registration is not advised.
- All communications will be done via registered email and mobile number.
- Candidates must go through the e-Information Brochure available on the BOPEE website before applying.
Counselling and Merit List:
After registration, the Provisional UT Merit List (P-UTML) will be published, which will be used for the online counselling process. Candidates who fail to register, despite qualifying, will not be allotted any seat.
Important Advisory:
- Candidates applying under NRI/HM Quota must also register separately at BOPEE offices in Jammu/Srinagar.
