The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has extended the deadline for admission of students from CBSE and other recognized boards seeking admission in affiliated institutions of JKBOSE across Kashmir Division and Winter Zone areas of Jammu Division.

According to an official notification issued by the Academic Division of JKBOSE, the online link for provisional admission and submission of Eligibility-cum-Migration Forms has been reopened from June 24, 2026, to July 3, 2026.

  • Applicable to affiliated institutions of JKBOSE in:
    • Kashmir Division

  • Students will have to pay:
    • Normal Fee: ₹1,420
      • Eligibility Fee: ₹710
      • Registration Fee: ₹710
    • Late Fee: ₹500 (additional)

What JKBOSE Said

The Board stated that the admission link has been made available again to facilitate students who could not complete the admission and migration formalities within the previously notified schedule.

The extension has been granted in continuation of earlier notifications issued on April 1, April 3, and May 25, 2026.

JKBOSE further clarified that all other terms and conditions mentioned in the earlier notifications shall remain unchanged.

Subject Change Cases Also Allowed

The notification also states that subject change cases will be accepted during the extended admission period as per the prescribed guidelines.
