JKBOSE Issues Important Notification for Submission of Internal Assessment Awards for Class 10th and 11th (Annual/Private) 2025

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has released an important notification regarding the submission of Internal Assessment Awards for Class 10th (SSE) and Class 11th (HSE-I) Annual Private/Bi-Annual 2025. This applies to all Government and Private educational institutions functioning in the Kashmir Division, including the Kargil region.
Submission Deadline
All concerned institutions are instructed to submit the Internal Assessment Awards of eligible candidates to the respective Divisional Secrecy/Sub-Branch offices of JKBOSE by or before August 16, 2025. Furthermore, the compiled awards must be sent to the Office of Deputy Secretary, Secrecy-I & II, Kashmir Division, Bemina, Srinagar by or before August 18, 2025.
Important Guidelines for Heads of Institutions
To ensure a smooth and error-free process, JKBOSE has laid out the following detailed instructions for the Heads of Institutions:
1. Prescribed Format Mandatory
- Marks must be awarded strictly on the prescribed formats available for download on the official JKBOSE website: www.jkbose.nic.in.
2. Legibility & Accuracy
- All awards must be neatly written, legible, and free from overwriting, cutting, or use of correction fluids.
3. Submission in Duplicate
- Internal Assessment Awards must be submitted in duplicate, bearing the correct Examination Roll Number and proper signatures of the subject examiner and the Head of Institution.
4. Records to Be Maintained
- Heads of institutions must maintain a record of internal assessment awards duly signed by:
- Subject Teacher
- Examination In-Charge
- Head of Institution (HOI)
This record must be retained for future reference.
5. Adherence to Deadlines
- Timely submission is crucial. Late submissions will attract penalties as per JKBOSE regulations.
6. Error Accountability
- Any discrepancy or erroneous submission of awards will be the sole responsibility of the concerned institution.
