🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidate must be a domicile of J&K.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university in India or a foreign university declared equivalent by the government.
Note: Candidates appearing in the final year can also apply, provided they submit proof of qualification before filling the Main Examination form.
Age Limit (as on 1st January 2025)
- General Category: 21 to 32 years (Born between 01.01.1993 and 01.01.2004)
- Reserved Category / In-service Candidates: 21 to 34 years
- Physically Challenged Candidates: 21 to 35 years

- General Category: ₹1200

📝 Selection Process
The recruitment process will be conducted in three stages:
- Preliminary Examination (Objective Type – MCQ):
- Two papers: General Studies I & II
- 200 marks each (Total 400 marks)
- Negative marking: 0.33 marks deduction for each wrong answer
- Only qualifying for shortlisting to the Main Exam
- Main Examination (Written):
- 8 descriptive papers (conventional essay type)
- One paper will be of qualifying nature
- Candidates securing minimum qualifying marks will be called for Interview
- Personality Test / Interview:
- 250 marks
- Final merit will be based on Mains + Interview
