JKSSB Final Notice for Submission of Deficient Documents – Lab Assistant Posts (Health & Medical Education Department)
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued a Final Notice regarding the submission of deficient documents for the post of Lab Assistant in the Health & Medical Education Department, Divisional Cadre Jammu. This notice pertains to Advertisement Notification No. 05 of 2015, Item No. 260.
According to the notification (JKSSB/Scry/21/2024-03 dated 20.01.2025), the Board had earlier published the final selection list of candidates for the said posts. Subsequently, through Notice No. JKSSB-Scry/21/2024-03(E-7623443) dated 14.02.2025, certain candidates were advised to submit specific documents to address deficiencies in their applications.
Despite the given time, some candidates have failed to produce the required documents. Therefore, JKSSB has now granted a final opportunity for submission.

Last Date for Submission
The concerned candidates must submit the requisite documents/certificates within five (05) days from the date of issuance of this notice (11.08.2025).
Documents can be submitted:
- Via Email: usselection-jkssb@jk.gov.in
- In Person: At JKSSB offices, CPO Chowk Panjtirthi, Jammu / Zam Zam Complex, Rambagh, Srinagar (as per convenience).
Important: If the candidates fail to submit the documents within the stipulated time, their withheld recommendations will be cancelled without any further notice
