JKSSB Postpones PST/PET Scheduled for August 19, 2025; Rescheduled for August 27
Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has announced the postponement of the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Endurance Test (PET) that were originally scheduled to be held on August 19, 2025 (Tuesday) at Bakshi Stadium, Srinagar.
According to the notification issued by the Controller of Examinations, the tests will now be conducted on August 27, 2025 (Wednesday) at the same venue. The rescheduling has been done in view of prevailing circumstances.
JKSSB clarified that the Admit Cards issued for August 19, 2025 will remain valid for the new date.
Further, the Board confirmed that the PST/PET for candidates scheduled on August 20, 2025 and onwards will be conducted as per the existing schedule without any changes.
The official order has been circulated to senior government officials and instructions have been given to publish the notice in at least three leading local newspapers of Jammu and Srinagar.
