University of Kashmir Announces 10-Day Summer Vacation from July 17 to 26, 2025
The University of Kashmir has officially declared a 10-day summer vacation for all teaching departments, including its satellite campuses, starting from 17th July to 26th July 2025. The announcement was made through a formal notification issued by the Office of the Dean Academic Affairs on Wednesday.
According to the notification, the summer break will apply to all teaching staff and students. However, the university has clarified that departmental offices will continue to operate as usual during this period. The Heads, Directors, and Coordinators of various departments, campuses, and centres have been directed to ensure the smooth conduct of scheduled examinations and administrative activities.
“The Departmental offices shall continue to function normally and the concerned authorities shall ensure that examinations, if any, and other administrative activities are conducted as per schedule,” the notice stated.
