Mostly Dry Conditions Expected Till Sept 18, Isolated Showers Likely in J&K: MET

Brief Spells of Rain, Thundershowers Forecast at Isolated to Scattered Places; Farmers Advised to Continue Harvesting

Srinagar, Sept 5: Jammu and Kashmir is likely to witness generally dry weather conditions during the coming days, with brief spells of rain or thundershowers expected at isolated places.

Meteorological Centre Srinagar according to the latest forecast as per news agency JKNS, generally dry weather is expected from September 5 to 13, with brief spells of rain or thundershowers at isolated places.

On September 14 and 15, brief spells of rain or thundershowers are likely at scattered places across Jammu and Kashmir.

From September 16 to 18, the weather is again expected to remain generally dry, although brief spells of rain or thundershowers may occur at isolated places.

Meanwhile, the Meteorological Centre has advised farmers to continue harvesting and other agricultural operations in view of the prevailing weather conditions. (JKNS)
