The appointment is subject to the approval of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and is renewable upon satisfactory performance as determined by the Board of Directors (PBODs) of the bank.


Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

  • Minimum: 35 years
  • Maximum: 62 years
  • Preferably below 55 years as of the date of application.

Educational Qualification:

The applicant must hold at least one of the following qualifications:

  • Graduate with CAIIB / DBF / Diploma in Cooperative Business Management
  • Chartered / Cost Accountant
  • Postgraduate in Agriculture
  • Postgraduate in Finance / Economics / Business Administration
  • CFA / MBA

Experience:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a Middle/Senior Management level in the banking sector.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from RBI/NABARD, Regional Rural Banks, and RCBs defined under BR Act 1949 (AACS).
  • Candidates from scheduled commercial banks are also eligible.
  • Additional experience in digital banking and cyber security will be an added advantage.
