Eligibility Criteria
1. DGM Finance / General Manager – Finance/CFO (Scale VI / VII)
Educational Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- Preference: CAIIB, MBA (Finance) from a recognized university, CFA from CFA Institute.
Experience:
- Scale VI: Minimum 15 years in finance domain, with at least 5 years in senior management.
- Scale VII: Minimum 18 years in finance domain, with at least 10 years in banks/financial institutions (5 years in senior management).
Job Responsibilities:
- Present and report financial information.
- Develop financial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with government and accounting standards.
- Monitor organizational performance and budget adherence.
2. Chief HR Officer (CHRO) – Scale VII
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate degree (Preference: MBA/PG in HR or equivalent).
Experience:
- Minimum 18 years in officer cadre handling HR & Admin in PSBs/PSUs/Financial Institutions, with 3 years heading HR function or one level below.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manpower planning, budgeting, and hiring.
- Oversee recruitment, promotion, training, and development.
- Implement retention strategies and performance management systems.
3. Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) – Contractual
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (Preference: CA/CS/MBA Finance/Post Graduate degree, Certified Banking Compliance Professional by IIBF).
Experience:
- Minimum 18 years in banking/financial services, with at least 5 years in Audit, Finance, Compliance, Legal, or Risk Management at a senior management level.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of regulations, legal frameworks, and risk management.
4. Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Contractual
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 18 years in operations, customer onboarding, service, back office, technology, and human resources management in banking/financial institutions.
Age Limit (As on 01.07.2025)
- Deputy General Manager (Scale VI): 35 to 55 years.
- General Manager (Scale VII): 38 to 55 years.
- CCO: 38 to 55 years.
- COO: 38 to 55 years.
