ITI Bandipora Recruitment 2025: Guest Faculty Posts Announced – Apply by August 30
The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Office of the Superintendent, Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Bandipora, has issued an Advertisement Notice inviting applications from eligible candidates for engagement as Guest Faculty in different trades for the academic session 2025-26. The engagement will be on a Guest Faculty basis, under both Normal Scheme and Self Finance trades.
Available Posts and Qualifications
- Guest Faculty for Electrician Trade (Self Finance) – 01 Post
- Qualification:
- B.Voc/Degree in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized institute with 1-year experience,
OR - 3 years Diploma in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 2 years’ experience,
OR - NTC/NAC in Electrician trade with 3 years’ experience.
- B.Voc/Degree in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized institute with 1-year experience,
- Essential: Relevant National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) under DGT.
- Qualification:
- Guest Faculty for Stenographer & Secretarial Assistant (Normal Scheme) – 01 Post
- Qualification:
- B.Voc/Degree in Commerce/Arts (with shorthand & typing) with 1-year experience,
OR - Diploma (min. 2 years) in Commercial Practice/Advanced Diploma with 2 years’ experience,
OR - NTC/NAC in Stenographer Secretarial Assistant (English) with 3 years’ experience.
- B.Voc/Degree in Commerce/Arts (with shorthand & typing) with 1-year experience,
- Essential: Relevant NCIC under DGT.
- Qualification:
- Guest Faculty for Stenographer & Secretarial Assistant (Self Finance) – 01 Post
- Same qualifications as mentioned in Point 2.
- Guest Faculty for Employability Skills (Normal Scheme) – 01 Post
- Qualification: MBA/BBA/Any Graduate/Diploma (any discipline) with 2 years’ experience.
- Must have completed a short-term ToT course in Employability from DGT Institutes.
- Candidates should have studied English/Communication Skills and Basic Computer at 12th/Diploma level.
- Guest Faculty for Mechanic Motor Vehicle Trade (Normal Scheme) – 01 Post
- Qualification:
- B.Voc/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering with 1-year experience,
OR - 3 years Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering with 2 years’ experience,
OR - NTC/NAC in Mechanic Motor Vehicle trade with 3 years’ experience.
- B.Voc/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering with 1-year experience,
- Essential: NCIC under DGT and a valid LMV Driving License.

Terms and Conditions
- Guest faculty will be paid remuneration as per applicable norms of the Department.
- Engagement will automatically cease after the academic session or earlier if a regular arrangement is made.
- Selected candidates must sign an agreement at the time of joining. No claim for continuation or regularization will be entertained.
- The advertisement is subject to court outcomes if any writ petitions are pending.
- Guest Faculty under Self Finance scheme will be appointed only after 75% admissions are made.
