Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 30 years (as on 01.10.2025)
- Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories:
- OBC (NCL): +3 years
- SC/ST: +5 years
- PwBD: up to +15 years
Educational Qualification
- Assistant Rajbhasha Officer: Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with relevant subject combination.
- Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/E&C): Full-time Diploma in relevant Engineering branch.
- Supervisor (IT): Diploma/Graduate in Computer Science, IT, BCA, B.Sc. (CS/IT), or DOEACC ‘A’ level.
- Senior Accountant: Inter CA or Inter CMA.
- Hindi Translator: Master’s Degree in Hindi with English or vice-versa.
Salary Structure
- Assistant Rajbhasha Officer (E-1): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
- JE, Supervisor (IT), Sr. Accountant (S-1): ₹29,600 – ₹1,19,500
- Hindi Translator (W-06): ₹27,000 – ₹1,05,000
Selection Process
The recruitment process will consist of:
- Computer Based Test (CBT):
- For JE/Supervisor/Accountant: 200 MCQs, 3 hours, negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer.
- For Assistant Rajbhasha Officer/Hindi Translator: 40 MCQs + 10 descriptive questions.
- Document Verification: Candidates shortlisted through CBT will be called for verification before final selection.
