💼 IBPS Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
1. Division Head (Financial & Allied Services) & CFO
- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce. Preference for CAIIB, Chartered Accountant, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 20–25 years in banking or financial services, preferably in audit, finance, taxation, or accounting roles.
2. Division Head (Technology Support Services)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or related field.
- Experience: At least 20 years in IT/Tech roles, preferably in banking/financial institutions.
3. Banker Faculty
- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Preference for CAIIB-qualified professionals.
- Experience: Should have served as a banker or in a relevant financial/academic capacity.
4. Banker Faculty (Technical)
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E./AMIE in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, IT, Instrumentation, or similar fields.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in relevant areas.
